Bob, co-founder and owner of Stoney River Homes, is responsible for the day to day administration of the company including sales & marketing, purchasing contracts, land procurement and coordinating with real estate agents.
Stacey has designed and managed the landscaping approach of all 300+ homes Stoney River Homes has constructed over the past 19 years. She will help you in providing expert guidance in the design of your new landscape to create a lasting and beautiful compliment to your new Stoney River home.
When building or purchasing a new home, there are many decisions to make along the way. Amanda is ready to work with you to help guide and assist in the design, decoration and finishing touches that result in your own personal mark. We call this our unique "Hand-in-Hand" customer relationship approach that provides the client service for which Stoney River Homes has become recognized.
Amanda is also responsible for our website, online marketing as well as assisting Cary with many portions of construction.
